This report focuses on disaggregation of American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) data and synthesizes academic, policy, tribal, news, and other resources to assess the potential and possibility of disaggregating AI/AN data to improve health outcomes. It also includes recommendations for promoting AI/AN data disaggregation at the federal, tribal, and community levels.
