Police-Recorded Crime and Disparities in Obesity and Blood Pressure Status in Chicago

This journal article summarizes a study that used objective measures to examine associations between several types of police‐recorded crime (violent, nonviolent, and homicide) and cardiometabolic health (obesity and elevated BP) in a large clinical sample of adults in Chicago.
