Evaluating Collaboration for Effectiveness: Conceptualization and Measurement

This paper presents an "empirically sound, comprehensive," seven-factor theoretical model for successful collaboration, as well as an accompanying assessment tool, the Collaboration Assessment Tool  (CAT). The paper also presents reliability and validity testing for the CAT.
