This is an issue brief about the health impact assessment entitled Neighborhood Connections. The health impact assessment informed links between new real estate development and existing neighborhoods in Omaha, Nebraska, which identified health and safety issues that should be considered in decisions on street connections and assessed resident engagement in the development review process.
