This report focuses on substance use and mental health indicators among adults aged 18 or older in the United States based on pooled National Surveys on Drug Use and Health data from 2021 and 2022. Estimates are presented by adults’ sexual identity (i.e., gay/lesbian, bisexual, straight) and gender.
