Community Reinvestment Act: Ratings Search Tool

The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), enacted by Congress in 1977, encourages financial institutions to lend, invest, and provide services to the communities in which they operate, including low- and moderate-income communities, consistent with safe and sound operations. At the end of the CRA examination process, a depository institution receives a rating as part of its Performance Evaluation (PE). The PE includes valuable information on a bank's CRA activities, including detailed analysis on the economic and community development conditions in the assessment area(s) in which a bank operates. This CRA Ratings page allows you to easily search and locate CRA Evaluations for state member banks regulated by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
