This toolkit is intended for individuals and organizations seeking to center racial equity in the context of administrative data. It describes positive and problematic practices across the six stages of the data life cycle: planning, data collection, data access, use of algorithms and statistical tools, data analysis, and reporting dissemination. It also includes three activities for identifying, assembling, engaging, and working with a group of diverse stakeholders.
